Good morning, it's my honor to stand here and give you this speech about dreams. There I want to start my speech with two short stories.

The first story happened when I was in primary school, I wrote in my composition that my dream was to be a teacher when I grew up. Meanwhile, what my classmates wrote about their dreams was that he or she wanted to be a doctor, a scientist or an astronaut.

The second story happened at my first year in university. Most of us had never folded the blanket and naturally we can’t accomplish the task well. When the monitor came, we pleased him to help us to fold the blanket. 1.2我院借助11级辅导员以及11级各大班和小班班长宣传。

1.3发动部员可到一些宿舍上门宣传，但也不可强求。

2.初赛

时间：xxxx

地点： 待定

评委：院学生会部分部长(文艺部与宣传部为主)，xxxxx学院主席团

备注：筛选决赛名单，由于时间，场地等因素， 决赛的人数控制在9人左右.

每一选手上台做一个3秒左右的演讲，由评委打分。

3.决赛

时间：xxxx 地点：xxxx

评委：

专家组：分团委书记，11导员(尽量).

评委组：xxx团委、学生会主席团，英俱，英协嘉宾组.

大众评委：现场抽取十名观众。进场前一百名观众一人发一张号码纸，由预赛第一名选手随机写出11个号码，赛前让其写好，选前1个，第11个替补，(此条赛前保密)

(1) 决赛名单公布

(2) x晚召集决赛选手开会， 会上选手抽取决赛次序并通知他们演讲形式，比赛规则，注意事项(如：服装、话筒、决赛时提前到场调试话筒，亲友团)。公布决赛题目.各选手在决赛中可借助ppt，音乐伴奏等各形式协助完成演讲，现场伴奏可由选手自主选择，并在 那晚让第一名选手随机写出11个小于1的数字。

(3) 决赛前期需要海报宣传(学生会宣传部)：

(4) 17号收齐选手提交的辅助文件(ppt，伴奏)，各选手提交ppt等，伴奏的汇总.由媒体咨询部负责

(5)18号决赛，决赛的三个题目是：第一，5分钟讲诉英语学习的历程。第二，5分钟讲诉自己的家乡。第三，5分钟介绍南邮。

(6)现场需要主持人两名(文艺部) ，办公室负责茶水，媒体咨询部负责ppt制作、话筒，学习生活部负责场控、现场写稿、整个活动的统一协调工作.

(7)主持人致开幕词，介绍嘉宾、评委，演讲规则。

将选手分成三组，1-3，4-6，7-9。

一号自我介绍结束后从三个题目(见第5条)中抽一个，下台准备。二号选手自我介绍，演讲后，抽题准备，三号演讲后，抽题准备，而后主持人公布1-3号演讲成绩，然后一号上台演讲抽到的题目，二号，三号接上演讲，公布1-3号演讲成绩(分值)。插播英文歌曲，4-6号，插播绕口令秀， 7-9号， 比赛结束 。
