Recently, a question asked by a college girl has become a hot topic under discussion. “Is it legal that my parents take away my New Year money”? As we all know, it is the Chinese traditional that children get money from their parents and relatives or parents’ friends during Spring Festival. And it seems normal that parents will take all or lots of money after kids receiving a red packet. Some people think it is inappropriate, while others hold the opposite views. For me, I agree with the later one.

Firstly, I think it is better that parents keep the money for kids. Since lots of kids are too young to have a good consumption plan. They might buy many toys or other stuff they want for a long time as soon as they have bunch of money. It’s bad for kids to establish a correct value. I think it is acceptable that parents take all the New Year money from young kids. And when they grow older, parents can take a part of it, and teach the kid how to become a rational consumer.

Secondly, I don’t see an eye to eye when the college girl said her parents take away her money is illegal. She thinks the money is given from others, and it belongs to her. Her parents’ behavior is depriving her private property. However, the Chinese Spring Festival traditional is when someone give red packet to your child, you have to give almost the same denomination to their kid, and since the college girl is no income student, therefore, when her mother said take away the money to pay her high college tuition fees is totally appropriate.

To sum up, it is better that parents save New Year money for kids. It is not only could save household spending, but also could stop kids from dipping into their purse.

Kids, How Would You Deal With Your “Lucky Money”?(参考)

Kids would be overexcited during Spring Festival, for the simple reason that they would receive “lucky money”from their parents as well as other elderships. According to ancient custom, the elder generations put a certain number of money in a red envelope, and give it to the children of the family, wishing that the children would grow up healthily and happily.

How to reasonably deal with those “lucky money”is a serious question for parents and children alike. As far as I am concerned, two ways below are worth to be considered.

One sensible way is to save the money for higher education. With the development of economic and urbanization, the competition is becoming more and fiercer. The demand of people with high degree is increasing, which means, the threshold for a “white-collar”job is higher and higher. Therefore, accepted into a college is viewed as a necessary and an initial step for a good job. Given the increasing cost of college education and postgraduate education, saving the “lucky money”is at least an economic guarantees for higher education.

The other way is investing, and by investing I do not mean buy stocks or bonds, but investing in self-improvement. For example, purchasing some books, literature, politic, philosophy, whatever you like. As Bacon said, “reading makes a full man”, investing in books you are interested in would expand your knowledge and improve your attainment. However, not only books could attribute to self-improvement, art and sports or other skills could also do. Invest some money to learn piano, guitar, etc.; or to learn dancing, swimming, tennis…Or just to learn how to drive is a worthwhile acquirement.

All in all, you could name other good ways to use“lucky money” of course, as long as it is worthwhile, and saving for education and investing in self-improvement are definitely among them.

Many mothers are annoyed by their children’s behaviors before they can understand the mothers’ idea. Babies’ way of thought is different from the adults’, and most of them are in the situation of out of side, and out of mind. If people can better understand the kid’s recognition, then they will have their own ways to educate.

Though the kids are very small and they even can’t talk, they are smart actually. They know how to judge whether what they do is acceptable or not. For example, when mother cooks food for the baby and the baby refuses to eat. After trying to feed the baby many times, finally the mother gets angry and walks away, then the baby will perceive the mother’s unhappy emotion and realizes his wrong behavior.

People always say that kids are knowing nothing, so their wrong behaviors can be forgiven all the time. It seems that being innocent can be out of taking responsibility. This is ridiculous. Everyone should be responsible for what they do. If the kids are wrong, the parents need to educate them immediate, so as to help them to be a better person.

What is the hottest topic this summer, there is no doubt that it belongs to the amusement show Where Do You Go, Dad, the show is such great success that everyone talks about it. The show is about five groups of fathers and their children go to different places, learning to cope with each other. The show reminds people of the role father plays in children’s growing up.

In nursing a child, the mother always takes care of everything, while father puts less care in nursing because of the work. It is a natural situation for most of the families. As the time goes by, mothers also need to go out for work; they want to share the equal duty with their husband. Even the mothers go out for work, but fathers do not realize the duty they should take on their children, the traditional role does not change. The show makes people realize that the father focuses too much work; they spend less time playing with their kids. Seeing the fathers have no idea how to deal with their kids on the show, people laugh, fathers begin to realize they should take more time with their kids.

The show has great influence on the audience; fathers learn a lot from the show. It is said that some fathers no more focus too much on work, they learn to spend more time with kids and be a good father.

Should We Give Beggar Money?(收藏)

In a big city, we can always saw some beggars on the said of a busy street. Most of them are disabled. People who are compassionate will stop and give them some money, while some people just walk through. Those people who didn’t give beggar money doesn’t mean they are a cold blood man, because they know there beggars are organized, help them will encourages crime. As far as I’m concerned, I think we shouldn’t give beggar money, I have several reasons to support my opinion.

First, almost all of the disabled beggars are organized; some bad people use them to make money. Those beggars were a normal people before the bad people cut off their arms or legs and keep them in captivity for years. They are more preferring little kids, because they can make the way they want, and they won’t call the police, armless, legless, and no eyeless. Many people are utter sympathy for those disable kids, those kids will make them a big fortune. If we give money to them, more innocent people will be bad guy’s target, they will kidnap more kids, cripple them, and make them a read resource of money.

Second, even though the bagger will be violently doze if they don’t beg enough money a day, there is nothing we can do, but let the government to deal with it. The government should made a policy against this professional beggar market, sanctions against the bad guys. Help those poor beggars out of the living hell. Passenger’s power is minimal; to the contrary, this will have reverse effects. There is no doubt that disabled beggars are miserable, but we should help them in the right way.

To sum up, we shouldn’t give money to beggars, give money could be a harmful to them, and make more innocent people become a potential beggar; just let the government and hospice do the job what should they do.

How to Improve Student’s Mental Health【精】

Withthe occurrence of many incidents caused by mental problem, student’s mentalhealth has been brought to public focus now. How to improve student’s mentalhealth? As far as I am concerned, it is necessary for each school to set up amental guide room made up of psychological experts.

Thereare reasons accounting for my view. For one thing, the mental guide room canoffer some methods or advices for all students to release their pressure, puzzle, frustration and other emotions at ordinary times. That would be helpfulto decrease student’s pressure and adjust their mood. For another, the room isconducive for the experts to communicate with those students who are sufferingfrom psychological problems in time and give some advice or methods to helpthem. If the experts of the room can make some quizzes on regular basis, thosestudents suffering from mental disturbance would be noticed as soon aspossible.

Takingabove reasons into account, we can reach a conclusion that a mental guide roomis beneficial of improving student’s mental health. Meantime, I remind thatthose who are suffering from mental problem should not be informed publicly inorder to protect them from public pressure.
