变化一、学历门槛提高

变化二、收取学费高校范围不断扩大

在巴登—符腾堡州政府宣布，从当年秋季开始征收欧盟以外留学生的学费。德国法院废除了对第一学位和硕士课程免收学费的禁令，这就意味着德国的学校也会开始收学费。到现在为止德国一共有七个州开始收学费，并且其他的地方也打算收学费。

选择德国留学申请条件

一、学历要求

如果想要去德国留学的你申请的是本科，211大学同学必须修满一个学期并提供1个学期合格成绩单，非211同学则需在国内修满至少3个学期并提供3个学期合格成绩单。如果申请德国留学研究生则需要提供在校的6个学期的合格成绩单。

二、语言要求

三、开学时间

一、确定学校
