1.出国不需要高考成绩，像美国排名靠前的大学需要托福/雅思成绩+SAT，这两个考试对英语要求很高，如果你说要在暑假补上来，在你同学上大学的时候你也能出国读大学的话，那建议你不要申请美国，英国，加拿大一些很好的大学，时间上来不及。

一般我身边的人申请很好的美国或英国大学，都是提前2年开始准备，半年搞托福/雅思，一年SAT，剩下半年递交申请，等录取通知书。当然如果你不去美国可以不需要SAT成绩，不考SAT的话就要拿高中平时成绩去申请，可以伪造一些很好的成绩去申请(大多数申请人的成绩都比实际要好一些= =，汗一个，毕竟这个查不出来)。

两个月内走的话，可以考虑去新西兰，澳洲，新加坡这种签证比较容易过的国家，可以以新西兰为跳板，先在新西兰读本科，硕士申请澳洲的，甚至是美国的。

2.费用方面的话，肯定是美国费用比较贵咯，而且也要看你在哪个城市生活，不同地方消费水平不一样。而且据说，美国的担保金最高，这个我不是很清楚，不过我去的加拿大，好像是80万。私立大学学费高，公立的便宜。

出国留学一定要考虑留学成本，英、美、澳三个国家留学一年总花费20万左右，加拿大留学费用会稍微低一些，但一年也要十几二十万。不过去俄罗斯、日本、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚等国家留学会比较便宜。所以，出国留学一定要结合家庭经济情况量力而行。

二、学校类型

国外高校有公立和私立，也有专科院校、本科院校，有3年制，4年制。高考分数低的可以出国读专科，然后再升本科。不过国外专业院校教育质量良莠不齐，国内网上的一些数据也难辨真假，所以高考成绩不高的不建议选择出国读专科。建议通过中外合作办学院校留学项目出国读本科。

三、竞争程度

高考后出国留学的人数比较多，而大家主要集中在国外排名比较高的院校，比如澳洲八大知名院校、英国帝国理工、加拿大多伦多大学，申请人数多了，竞争就大了，被录取机率就降低了。建议学生把目光放在其他非热门院校上。

四、地理位置

一定要提前了解目标大学在国外的地理位置，因为地理位置对学费、生活费用都有影响，一般偏离政治、经济中心的城市，学费和消费会低一些。当然也要考虑气候变化，以便做好出国前准备。

五、语言成绩

语言是出国留学的基本条件，出国留学一定要有语言成绩的，并且要达到各国留学标准，比如雅思6.5分，托福90分以上，韩语3级以上，日语N3级。如果没有语言成绩，需要在国内读留学预科，获得出国读语学院。虽然有两种选择，但还是建议大家在国内读留学预科，因为国内预科采用的是双语过渡式教学，能让零基础、基础差学生提升更快。而国外语学院都是全外语教学，学生很难适应，学习效率低，不能很快升到本科读专业课程。

Currently, I am a junior student in International College of Hubei Normal University majoring in Accounting. Thus, I have obtained great knowledge about business for the past three years.
