学校创新教育工作鉴定

近几年来，我校以“创建规范加特色的学校，培养合阿格加特长的学生”为宗旨，全面贯彻党的教育方针，在推行素质教育的同时，把科技创新教育作为学校的特色工作来抓，积极探索科技创新教育的新途径。经过几年来的努力，我校的科技创新教育工作逐步走上了经常化、制度化、规范化发展的快车道，下面就介绍近段时间的科技创新教育工作鉴定。

一、抓管理，科技创新教育机制健全

学校成立了由校长牵头，书记监督，主管教学工作副校长专抓，教务副主任具体管理的科技创新领导小组，设立青少年科技创新办公室，由各科、室骨干教师担任科技辅导员，组成了一支坚强有力、涵盖面广的科技辅导员队伍。

在这支队伍的带领下，我校每期都制订了科技教育教学计划，对于开展的各项科技活动，做到有计划、有辅导方案、有总结报告。其次，科技创新领导小组，还深入课堂，深入教研组，了解课堂教学中科技教育的渗透情况，并出台评价机制，把教师参加科技教育工作情况作为职称评聘的条件之一，作为优质课的评价指标之一，鼓励教师积极组织学生参加科技创新大赛、电脑作品设计制作、学科竞赛等科技活动。正因为学校领导对创新教育有着清晰充分的认识，各学科教师积极参与其中，在显性课程和隐性课程中加大创新教育的力度，从而大大激发了学生的创新兴趣，营造出上下齐心、师生互动、生动活泼的创新氛围。

二、抓载体，科技创新教育内容丰富

1、组建兴趣小组。为了扩大科技教育面积，我校成立了五个课题小组：①研究性学习小组；②校本课程的设计与开发小组；③小论文、小制作、小发明辅导小组；④学科竞赛辅导小组；⑤信息学竞技辅导小组。由这五个小组牵头，开展多种形式的全校性科技教育活动，激发了学生的科技创新意识，培养了学生学科学、爱科学、用科学的精神和用科学方法解决生活、学习中实际问题的能力。

2、培养创新苗子。学校在各年级、各班有意识地选拔“创新”苗子，以班为单位组织科技创新课题小组，定期集训，并在学生中征集科技创新“金点子”，每个学期，都有学生向学校创新办交送上百份“创新项目意向”稿，创新领导小组通过认真检索筛选后决定对有价值的项目进行重点辅导，以保障项目的科学性、学习和实用性，防止创新项目的重复与盲目，这种做法，收到较理想的效果。

3、发掘创新资源。建校百年以来，我校校友涌现出大批在科技战线上建功立业的专家学者，如已故知识分子楷模、全国劳模罗健夫，现任中国科学院院士的陈星旦，现任中国工程院院士的曾苏民，便是其中的佼佼者。我们长期保持与老校友中的专家学者们的联系，不定期请他们回校进行专题讲座。近几年来，我们多次邀请陈星旦、曾苏民院士及湖南大学、中南工业大学、湖南师大等高等院校知名教授来校举办不同题材的专业知识讲座，拓展学生的知识视野，培养学生创新意识与能力。我们还组织有关学生去省市博物馆、科技馆参观学习，了解科技发展的动态，让学生充分认识科学技术在社会上的地位和作用，努力使自己成为懂科学、有技术、会创造的新型人才。

三、抓成效，积极开展科技主题教育活动，科技创新教育喜获丰收

从20**年起，我校每年都要开展科技主题教育活动。如20**年，我校抓住“创建**省绿色学校”这一契机，在全体学生中开展了以“呼唤绿色”为主题的教育活动，在科技辅导员的组织下，抓了三个环节。第一、认识绿色。我校组织了以“共同爱护我们的家园”为主题的科学报告，利用黑板板、手抄报、知识长廊等进行环保知识宣传。第二、走近绿色。组织同学去参观高科技无公害农业种植园，走访调查附近的工业园，并要求学生写出环保或调查报告。如高三钟浩同学，利用假日对湘乡市的环境情况作了大量的调查，撰写出了有份量的调查报告，该报告受到了环保总局局长解振华的批示，湘潭电视台、湘潭日报等媒体对他的事迹作了宣传报道。第三、营造绿色。我们要求各班学生进行班级绿色角建设活动，同学们人人动手，有的利用废旧材料种植植物；有的用植物克隆培养一组盆景；有的创造了环保作品。如我市有许多私人炼油膏厂，这些厂都采用在高温下提炼油膏，因而产生大量有毒烟雾气体，不仅造成严重的空气污染，也对工人身体产生严重影响，李毅鑫同学通过调查了解后，决定改变沥青油膏的生产工艺，在常温常压下生产出沥青油膏来。他决定把聚苯乙烯发泡塑料废品放其中，来免炼沥油膏，经过多次实验，他终于取得了成功。他的作品《利用泡沫塑料塑料废品制备免炼沥青油膏的研究》参加了20**年全省科技创新比赛，一举夺魁，获得了省一等奖。

传统中医实习心得【通用】

传统中医，很多人很奇怪，这是什么科室，一般医院似乎好像都没这个科室的。是的，好像只有在我们医院才有。虽然省人是中医院，但其实基本上已经西化了吧。为了保留，或者说是特色，或者说是应付检查，设立了这么个科室，治疗疾病时，保留中医传统特色，辨证论治。确实，在这里感受到了比在其他任何一个科室都要浓郁的中医氛围，也只有在这里有这种氛围吧。这里的病人在治疗上首选是中药治疗，不得不承认，主任开得方是在是好，很多西医无法诊断的疾病，在这里都得到很好的解决。但也不得不否认，传统病房给我感觉，像是个养老院，很多老人常年累月住在这里不肯走，有些是绝症患者，在这里等待那个day。。。

这三周，真的是很好的休息了下，实在是太闲了，跟之前的科室打仗似的工作状态比起来。我跟的这个带教因为一些个人的原因这几周都没有收病人，我就只好守着手上这两三个少的可怜的病人。还好其他组的老师有收病人，可以学习学习。在这里，闲也有闲的好处，赶上专业认证的关口，N多的考试和培训，正好趁这三周好好看了看书，充实了下理论基础。其实我们一直在抱怨说考试太多，培训太多，还让不让我们好好实习？其实仔细想一下，这样也很好，理论知识的强化对上临床的我们是很有必要的，此外，我们还有很多临床技能方面的培训，突然觉得自己能在这里实习，是多么幸运，不能再这么一次次的应付，应该认真对待！

这个科室实习结束，就意味我要正式开始大内科的轮转了。后面的安排是呼吸内科，心内科，肾内科，内分泌科，过年，消化内科，神经内科，急诊科。真正充实忙碌，真正要认真学习的时候来了，终于要来了。前两天心内科的病例讨论，着实让我着急了一把，对于那个讨论的病例，我是如此的一头雾水，太久没看西内了，什么心梗、心绞痛，稳定型不稳定型，诊断鉴别诊断，评级等，居然一窍不通，真的真的觉得好难过，觉得自己要学习的东西真的还好多好多。。。一定要好好认真的血，不喜欢那种一无所知，不知所措的感觉。
