毕业实习计划

一、 实习目的

毕业实习是学生大学学习阶段重要的实践性教学环节之一，通过实习学生将进一步了解社会，增强对社会主义现代化建设的责任感、使命感，理论与实践相结合。通过本次实习，学生将进一步加深对财务会计理论知识的理解，进一步熟悉会计的基本核算方法，为实际工作打下良好基础。

二、实习时间和方式

(一) 校内实习

校内实习为20xx年2月17日至3月15日，在宪梓教学大楼307财经系手工会计实验室进行为期一个月的手工模拟实习，实习计划另见财经系会计电算化专科专业毕业实习(校内)计划。

(二) 校外实习

校外实习为20xx年3月17日至4月18日在校外实习基地进行实习。实习单位由系里统一联系，学生在实习单位财务人员和教师的共同指导下，完成本次毕业实习。

三、校外实习的主要内容

(一) 全面了解企业财务管理现状

1、企业概况、产品结构和工艺流程；企业组织机构设置，财务部门职能及企业经济核算体制；

2、企业经济效益，经营状况与财务状况；

3、全面了解企业财务管理循环??筹资、投资、运营资金、成本及利润分配管理，及预测、决策、计划、控制、分析等财务方面的应用，重点了解企业在资金和成本管理方面的特色。

4、了解企业财务与宏观经济政策，特别是目前与国家财政、税收、投资制度改革的关系。

(二) 全面熟悉企业会计的基本核算方法

1、深入科室和生产车间，请财务人员围绕实习内容介绍情况，了解实习单位采用的会计核算组织程序及会计工作组织情况，如会计机构设置、岗位设置、规章制度和会计档案管理等内容，查阅财会资料。

2、了解实习单位计算机在会计中的应用情况及其对传统会计的影响。

3、会计账户设置。了解实习单位开设的总账账户及其所属的明细账户、账户的开设原则及各账户核算的主要内容。

4、复式计账法。了解实习单位的记账方法、借贷记账法的使用情况和在该记账法下账户的结构及各账户之间的相互关系。

5、填制与审核凭证。了解实习单位会计凭证的种类、填制与审核方法和传递顺序等。

6、登记账簿。了解账簿的基本要素、账簿的形式、账页的格式、账簿的启用方法、日记账的设置与登记方法、更正错账的方法、平行登记的要点和对账、结账及更换新账的方法。

7、成本计算方法。了解实习单位产品成本包括的内容及各种产品的成本计算方法。

9、编制会计报表。学习编制企业对外及对内报表。

(三) 开展毕业论文的写作调研

在完成上述实习任务的同时，学生针对自己的毕业论文选题收集有关信息资料，也可以根据自己在企业调研的结果再拟订论文题目。

四、校外实习的基本要求

1、保守秘密。服务实习单位财务人员的安排，不能随意摘抄会计资料数据，格守财务和会计的制度，不处传实习单位的财务和会计信息。

2、安全第一。实习阶段注意安全，在厂区内要服务安全人员的指挥，不准随意走动，否则将酌情在实习成绩中做扣分处理。

3、遵纪守法。遵守国家法律和实习单位规章制度，遵守社会公德和社会秩序，不准擅自离开实习地点，不准无故旷课矿工，迟到早退，不准寻衅闹事，打架斗殴，若有违纪行为，按学校规定处理，对不尊敬老师和现场秩序的学生，视情节严肃处理。

4、虚心向实习单位财会人员请教，尊重领导；注意精神文明建设，讲究文明礼貌，爱护公物，同时与实习单位搞好团结。

5、实习结束时，每个实习生应带回由实习单位负责同志签署意见并密封的“实习表现鉴定表”，未交回鉴定表的，不予评定实习成绩，不能取得毕业实习学分。

6、撰写实习总结，字数要求在1500字以上。

五、毕业实习成绩评定

本专业的毕业实习成绩分为校内实习和校外实习分别计分，两者按百分制计分。校内实习的计分标准为设账10分，编制凭证30分，登账10分、成本核算10分，试算平衡10分，会计报表20分，装订5分，出勤5分组成，满分100分。校外实习的计分标准为毕业实习表现为20分，实习过程为50分，实习总结为20分，实习鉴定表为10分，满分为100分，其中前两项由实习单位给出初评分数，后两项由系指导教师评分。然后将校内实习分和校外实习分均按50%的比例计入毕业实习总分，实习成绩及格者方可取得规定的毕业实习学分。

5、填制与审核凭证。了解实习单位会计凭证的种类、填制与审核方法和传递顺序等。
