看了一篇题为《教师是教育创新最大的阻碍力量》的文章，顺手转发到朋友圈中，引起了很大的反响。老师的回复都觉得这个人说话以偏概全，没有真正认识到教师这个群体的责任和担当;教师外的群体都觉得我转发这样的文章，真是大胆。

对我个人而言，很不喜欢这样贴标签的方式，把教师这个群体归结于阻碍教育创新的最大力量，我也觉得非常不妥。但是转念一想，作为教师，或者说，教师要表达的教育观念应该引领时代，而不是紧跟在时代之后。我希望自己不要成为创新的阻力，所以发文自勉。

上世纪30年代，电影在中国开始涌现，可是整个电影界的形势复杂，很多人都主张，不要去蹚这潭浑水，以免控制不了局面。瞿秋白沉思良久，决定派夏衍等文化人进军影坛，接着《风云儿女》《马路天使》等一系列的优秀电影一扫武侠神怪、鸳鸯蝴蝶的窠臼，点亮了民族心灵的灯塔。
