A close relative of mine fought cancer for two years. I was much younger then, and did not understand why the doctors only wanted to make her comfortable, but now I do; and that is partly why I want to become a physician myself: not only to work on cures for various diseases but also to make ill people feel better, because, though I admire research, I first and foremost see myself as a practising physician. Also, I have been fascinated with babies and pregnant women ever since a child, so fascinated in fact that for two years running I insisted every morning on my mother telling me the story of my birth. From an early age on, then, this interest has led me gain a fair amount of knowledge on the human body and how it works.
I joined the Scouts when I was six years old, and continued with them for five years. During that time, I received a First-Aid badge and was nominated Guide of my group, which meant that I had to lead the way during orientation tests and hikes. These made me develop leadership, communication and organisational skills that I have used and valued ever since. More recently, I tried to volunteer at a local hospital, but the Portuguese NHS only accepts helpers over 18 years old. Instead, therefore, I volunteered at the Lisbon Zoo every weekend from December 20xx through April 20xx. This experience has taught me to deal with unexpected situations, because visitors were directed to me whenever they had a question and because I met new people every week, as the volunteer body was constantly changing. I will take a First-Aid course with the Portuguese Red Cross from October 13th till 18th, and I have been accepted for a week of volunteering in the Health Centre of Sao Roque, in the island of Pico, Azores, during the month of April 20xx under the supervision of Dr. Merces Maciel.
Physical welfare is very important for me, and sports play a big role in my life. I have practised swimming for 12 years and, over the course of time, I have practised other sports, such as Taekwondo and Yoga, that taught me to relax in stressful times and environments. I feel that such knowledge can be very helpful during University Exams time and while coping with the busy life of a Medical student. In school, I have always been an excellent student, with an interest not only in science-related disciplines, but also in Literature, Philosophy and languages. I have always liked reading books, such as The Man Who Mistook his Wife for a Hat and other Clinical Tales by Oliver Sacks or Metamorphosis by Kafka, that introduced me to the intricacies of the mind, with which I am fascinated this year in my Psychology course. In Philosophy, I have a deep interest in Ethics, a theme I believe to be very close to Medicine. Next to Portuguese, I can speak and write English and French and can handle Spanish quite tolerably. I will sit the TOEFL on November 22nd.
A trait of my personality which I think differentiates me from other applicants is my creativity. I am a very creative and artistic person; I write poetry and make short movies. Creativity is, in my opinion, a very important characteristic of a good physician, as it is a help during investigation processes and in difficult diagnosis situations. In the future, I would like to specialise in Obstetrics, Paediatrics or Internal Medicine. I have made the decision of studying in the UK because I believe that British universities rate among the finest in the world and because I want to learn from the top-people in the fast changing field of Medicine. 一、美国学生签证有效期最长可达4年
外国学生如已通过Visa Mantis审查并已获得签证，其Visa Mantis审查的有效期可达完成经批准的学习项目所需期限，最长为4年，但如果该学生更换学习项目，则审查结果不再有效;如重新申请签证，需接受Visa Mantis复查。
临时工作人员、交流访问者和公司内部调动人员如通过Visa Mantis审查，有效期可达完成经批准的活动所需期限，最长为2年。

二、美国延长五类签证的审查有效期

在原签证已到期的情况下，如为继续在美国参加原定的学习或工作项目提交新的签证申请，可能不必接受另一轮Visa Mantis审查，但如有必要，领事官员可在审理签证申请的过程中酌情要求进行Visa Mantis审查。
申请美国大学留学误区
误区一：截止日期只有一个

Chemical Engineering appeals to me because of the challenges involved in the application of scientific theory to practical, real world problems such as how to deal with nuclear waste. I particularly look forward to studying fluid dynamics as I was introduced to this during the Engineering Education Scheme (EES). I am aware that in today’s world chemical engineering has an increasingly important role across a wide range of industries from pharmaceuticals to petrochemicals. The broad range of career paths, and the opportunity to contribute to society through technological innovation, is for me, one of the main attractions of chemical engineering.
I have applied to take part in the Year In Industry scheme during which I hope to gain practical experience, as well as greater maturity enabling me to go into my degree course with improved skills and broader experience. I also hope to study e-learning courses on project management and presentation skills run by the IChemE. In Year 12 I took part in the EES, which improved my understanding and skills in team working, time management, and report writing, as well as visual and oral presentation. Throughout the course of the project the team had to frequently correspond with mentors in industry and academia and this experience has broadened my appreciation of practice and application in a real life situation. In July I attended a week-long ‘Into Engineering’ seminar run by REACT Engineering. Working in two teams, we were given a design exercise based upon a typical decommissioning project. I also attended a Headstart course at Newcastle University, which I thoroughly enjoyed. One of the main activities was to design, manufacture and test a small crane. I found both of these experiences very challenging, as we were given only limited time so we had to prioritise our tasks and carefully plan our work.This year a fellow student and I were awarded ￡500 by the European Scholarship Prize to fund a visit to Prague to do research for our A-level History coursework. I gained an understanding of the city’s culture and history and further developed my independence. During the summer I represented my school on a Connexions review of a government white paper on 14-19 education. I gained an insight into the government’s proposals and learned a lot about working with different groups of people. Last year I was part of the editorial team for the school magazine. They for a very reasonable fee provide all applicants to unversities and colleges in the UK with a way to apply to up to 6 universities (or multiple courses at, say 3 universities). 爱尔兰留学申请条件
一、鼓励学生通过高考成绩申请入学
国内高考分数能够达到二本线就可以申请爱尔兰的公立大学。由于大学都在每年年初的一、二月开学，所以大家要提前申请。一般本科招生在每年的6~8月，所以当年的高考生也要提前策划才能赶上该时间段。
当然，通过就读A-level课程或国际学校等形式也可以进入爱尔兰的各高校，但公立大学还是鼓励同学们能够通过取得高考成绩的方式来申请入学。
爱尔兰的本科学制是4年。在选择专业方面，工程、建筑、IT计算机以及经济类等专业一直较为热门。另外，学生高中时期的会考成绩以及高中毕业证也是对学生本人身份资质的一个确认审核。
二、要注意爱尔兰留学签证的课程期限
大家在申请爱尔兰签证时，要注意课程期限要求。如果申请人是学习90天(3个月)以上的，申请“D”类学生签证，少于90天的，只能申请“C”类学生签证，即C—STUDY签证，这类签证是指短期学习，意味着申请人不能在爱尔兰获得延签。所以申请赴爱尔兰留学签证一定要申请24周或36周的课程，这样就可获得延签。
三、语言成绩要过关
爱尔兰各个大学对语言成绩的要求相差不是很大，爱尔兰的高等教育不像其他国家存在预科课程，学生拿到录取通知书就要直接来报到上学，期间的语言适应过程非常短暂，这也就是为什么会要求学生在留学前先过语言考试的原因。

二、申请爱尔兰签证
1.有效护照
自课程结束之日起，护照至少仍有6个月的有效期。
如果有旧护照，申请人需提供旧护照复印件以便了解其过去的出入境情况。除了有效签证页外，其他各页也同样需要提供。
2.课程证明
学校须提供邀请信，明确此人已被录取参加全日制课程的学习(注明专业)，所学课程需要15小时或更长学时，由个人负费。非正式的邀请信无效。
学校在教育及其它办学资历方面必须取得司法部的认可。对于英语语言学校来说，通过英语学习院校协会得到教育部的认可是先决条件。
3.费用
必须证明学费已经全额付清。但是，在申请人获得签证之前，费用至多付5000爱镑。付款凭证可随房费、学费及其他有关开支一并写入邀请信中。
4.个人医疗保险
每个学生都要有全额个人医疗保险。接受院校的录取通知书应注明该生有医疗保险，并详细载明院校代表学生办理的保险内容。或者出国之前，该学生本人在国内办妥在爱的个人医疗保险证明。
5.家庭成员
申请人需介绍他们已经在爱尔兰或其它欧盟国家定居的家庭成员(包括表亲、叔侄、祖父母等)的情况。
6.申请人情况
申请人的个人履历应清白，因为这出于人们对公共政策、公共安全或卫生方面的考虑(提供无犯罪纪录证明)。尽管提供了所有文件，由于上述方面的原因，必要时申请人会被拒签，拒签理由恕不奉告。

8.申请人简历
申请人准备学习的课程应与其个人的简历相关。
通过面试或从学校代理那里，学校应对该生情况的可靠性感到满意。有关学校或学校代理对申请人进行的考核或面试的情况可以作为申请的辅助材料递交。
在提供本人简历、家庭情况、过去学习情况等证明材料后，申请人拿到签证的可能性更多。
9.在本国就职情况
如果申请人是在职人员，雇佣单位必须明确：

雇佣单位同意申请人暂时离职，而离职时间与录取学校的课程期限一致。

1.日语能力要求
日语能力通常用能力考的成绩来判定，文科因为学科所需，基本要求要比理科高一些，最好具备N1的成绩。但是，具体情况需要根据所申请的院校、专业来看，想要了解更多资讯可以上官网查看。
其他的理、工、农、医类、艺术学生：日语最好具备N2的水平。
2.英语能力要求
日本各高校对于英语成绩有不同的要求，有的甚至有明确的分数要求，所以，大家在申请学校前，一定要确认好申请院校的外语要求条件。一般来说，申请高校时，托福比托业的认可度要高。
教育经历

2.组织能力

Unlike most of people start their interests through achievements, my interest in accounting started with the failure of the ERP competition. When the Ill-planed budget caused the capital strand breaks, all of our strategies failed to work and the different part of team which suppose to be one fall apart. That's the moment I realized the accounting and controllership system is the soul of a company and began to take every chance to learn about it.
After taking the courses in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate finance, in which class I won the only Best Report Price, the three-time cold-visit to a company Subordinated Petrol China (top500) won me an internship in the finance department. The state- owned PRICNPC has a really complicated company structure with 5 research centers, 2 wholly owned subsidiary companies, 8 oversea offices. But the same regulations and set rules in accounting and controllership they shared help every department be independent as well as co-operate with each other. I find out that it is the well designed internal control system and the continue updating accounting software that make sure that everything under control. That's exactly what I'm seeking for and what Chinese companies need!
Then there came a chance to exam my findings. In the Challenge Cup National Entrepreneurship Competition for College Students, being a leader of my team with 8 team members from 5 different majors and 4 different grades I designed a work mode of systematization and noted the deadlines of the phases then presented them with a flowchart. I emphasized the communication with our accounting department regularly and give feedbacks to me so I can adjust the procedure just in time. The efficiency of work was promoted and at the finally we save 400 RMB and 15days compared to other teams. The Prize was the Silver Meddle and a lifetime career I would like to pursue.
To further combine knowledge I learned from classroom and competitions with the real-world cases, I applied to become RA of Vice President of Modern Management Research Center. By taking the advice of introduce an unified Inventory management system based on classification and grading of the warehouse model , HuiYuan, the top1 fruit juice maker in China reduced inventory costs and enhance their market competitiveness. I strongly believe that the internal control quality has an economically significant effect on the performance of the company.
However, from the study of many similar cases in my RA experience, I realized that the accounting systems in China are far from perfect and much improvement is needed. This August, when HuiYuan was bought by Coco-Cola, my desire of becoming an accounting professional and a leader in the field got stronger. What people saw was just another case of M&A, but I and my co-workers knew that HuiYuan didna??t have strong enough internal control system to fight with rivals. As a student major in marketing, I understand how much effort to take to build a brand name and how painful when you lose it. This experience gave me my clear view of future study plan which had inspired me to study further. I would like to concentrate on the accounting and controllership track. 一、博士申请流程
1.寻找导师
利用网上的各种资源，例如学校或研究机构具体，找到具体你感兴趣的学校，以及你想申请的专业所在的学院。之后，你需要具体到学院的某一位在你领域的教授，也不一定非要 100% 和你过去的研究相关 ; 但是，你的涉及的领域或想要研究的方向一定要和导师相关。
2.联系导师
一旦你确定了导师，你就需要和导师联系了，也就是传说中的“套磁”。找到具体的导师，然后给他发邮件联系一下，表明你对什么研究感兴趣，想要在他们手底下读博，自己的背景是什么什么的，你喜欢具体哪方面的研究等等。这里需要注意的是，尽管只是发邮件，但是一定要注意专业性。
另外，附件加一个简历，让导师可以清楚你的具体情况，例如你的教育背景，研究方向等。当然，你也不能期待每个导师都会给你肯定的回复，但是一定要注意不要把发件人弄混了，不要发错导师哦!
如果导师感兴趣，他会回你，好一点的告诉你如何申请 offer ，有没有奖学金什么的 ; 也有一些只是礼貌的告诉你，你的背景不错，申请 offer 有机会，但是申请奖学金可能比较困难。另外，如果你所在的国内的学校，或者研究机构与澳洲的大学，或者研究机构有合作，那你也可以问问能不能推荐一下。
3.向学校申请
一旦你收到某个学校的导师表示愿意接收你作为 PHD 学生，你就需要向学校申请 offer 了，同时看看有没有奖学金机会，可以同时申请。录取和奖学金是两回事：你可能拿到学校的 offer ，但是不一定拿到奖学金，奖学金的申请，竞争比较激烈。
申请时间：澳洲主要几所知名大学的博士申请在一年中的任何时候都可以进行，但奖学金的评选每所学校有不同的时间轮次，这个要注意。一般在递交申请材料之后三个月左右收到录取结果，建议提前一年开始申请的准备。
4、时间规划

四、交通
澳洲的交通还是很发达的，公交车、电车、火车在这里都有，交通工具都是按照时刻表来运行的，如果你你经常要坐车的话，月票你还是买一张，对学生是不会有很高的价格的，只会是有优惠价。通常在学校里面住的学生平时上课也不用坐到交通，如果你是要出学校去购物或者是游玩也要坐 交通，住的离学校很远的学生每天去上课都是要坐车的。

Being a student of the International Baccalaureate program, I got a lot of exposure to laboratory work which I thoroughly enjoyed. The International Baccalaureate encourages its students to question knowledge and test theories for themselves, an approach which suited me perfectly. The interdisciplinary approach of the program to science helped me broaden my perspective of the scope of research and crystallised my decision to study a course in molecular biochemistry. India is on the threshold of becoming a world leader in clinical research, however, the fact still remains that the leadership in innovative research still lies in the hands of scientists trained in the universities of Europe is what prompted me to apply to the your university.
What amazes me about this line of study is how all living organisms whether complex or simple ultimately are a collection of cells, entities so tiny and yet so powerful that they determine the nature of the organism. 2.申请者的硬件水平GPA、GT成绩和奖学金等学术情况就成为了较直观的反映。一般来说，专业GPA的影响力高于综合GPA，本科阶段的GPA比研究生阶段的GPA更具影响力。
专业前50的学校的研究生院通常要求：GPA起码要3.5(B+)以上;GREV+Q>325，部分学校的物理系要求PhysicalSub成绩，对于GREsub学校更加注重Percentage而不单是分数;IBT>100。
